I cleared 2 HCL rounds and one with Bayer. HR said HCL’s partnering with Bayer and we’ll get direct Bayer offers. There’s a town hall on Oct 29 in Bangalore, and new offers letter should roll out by Nov 4.

Anyone else heard this or joining the Bayer account or alreadyworkingin Hcl in Bayer account?

My HCL start date’s Oct 20, just trying to confirm. I also have a better IBM offer but holding off since Bayer’s involved.

Please let me know if anyone has a idea about it

The distance between my wife's location(electronic City wipro) and my location(Whitefield) is around 25km...is it possible to change my office location in banglore to electronic City (thick campus) from Whitefield (anchor building)tcs Bangalore...

1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.
