Eligible at Manager but it’s not a given in any year. At SM has always been for DA, and last couple years for Critical Talent as well.
Even at MD level only about 50% get a grant in any given year. You have to earn it and the bar gets higher at each level of course.
Yea, referring to performance.
Not aware of SM cliff — did not exist when I was there.

Understood.. that's highly competitive. My practice has 8 SMs so only 2 will get.
