I find enterprise are the best rates
Did check it out- turns out to be the most expensive one but appreciate the recommendation.
Check with your company to see if they have negotiated rates with any of the big rental car companies - those will typically include insurance and be very low (ours is like $26 per day). Don’t use another company’s codes because the insurance won’t work.
You could also try Turo, which is like Airbnb but for cars.
My company unfortunately does not have a code I can use for my personal use. But turo, i will check this out.
Thank you for the recommendation.

Try Turo - you rent cars directly from people. If you do a long term rental you can usually get a decent deal - especially if they know whether you are or are not going to put a lot of miles on the car.
I also get a lot of Instagram ads for Hopper car rentals being very cheap but I’ve never looked into it.
