I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

If it is toixic you must leave regardless of company being BYJU or Google
Firstly, it is more than fair for you to leave a toxic work environment, staying at a job you hate will only make you miserable. Second, if you think you will be happier at a smaller company, take a look around and see if you find one that fits your needs. The pay might be less but you never know until you look

Irrespective of how big the company is, if it is toxic you need to leave. I personally believe that it doesn't matter for which company you work, it's the work that you do which brings satisfaction and a chance to grow.
You can be surprised on how smaller and lesser known brands have better overall work culture than the large companies. If it is already that volatile there, you should leave. There is no use in investing your time and effort in such a company.
Figure out your goals. Since you are currently working in a company with a toxic environment and no career growth, then how is it even better than working in a medium or small size company? Size of the company doesn't really matter if they are economically performing well.
