Yes 2nd round managerial round they asked tou about the project architecture, what are the problems and solution you faced on microservices. Be prepare on microservices, kafka,security authentication and project process like agile

Asked nothing like that, the interviewer was in the mood to reject from one word. He was dismissive, not agreeing with any answers. He was weird questions like if you have two jugs, fill 4 litres of water etc etc. i have never had such a bad interview

For me I cleared manager round but in HR round they said they can't afford my current salary they ask will you join below your current salary

Same thing happened with me, so i gave the managerial round, it anyway went bad, and then HR told me that they wont be able to match my current ctc, they said they can offer less, why would anyone join at less?

For PwC fishes who left recently, how did you consolidate wealth builder into 401k within benefits express to avoid the 20% federal tax withholding that was described in the benefits package? I tried to do this online but it didn’t show as an option except to rollover to an existing IRA or take a final distribution. Do I need to call benefits express?

I am leaving JP Morgan next month and have resigned before completing of my 1 year with the firm but technically my year will be completed next month before notice period. The laptop allowance and the relocation allowances will it be recovered from me during my exit??

From what I understand, ethics is separate from legal. Legal violations have consequences, ethical violations don’t. What’s the point of ethics if there are no consequences? Sure when it’s convenient to be ethnical, everyone will be. It only matters when it’s not convenient. So should there be ethics set up with consequences like loss of job that applies evenly for everyone in the company including the CEO? Should their be financial consequences set up for smaller violations?

Need Recommendation,

I joined a company a week before and not able to understand anything due to multiple reasons: new domain, new people (all uk folks except me) , new framework, new language. I am depressed about my future.

I have one more offer in hand with joining date from 1st June with little less package.
