I had recently joined and is currently on bench in GBS, while I'm getting calls for other projects I want to move to ISDl or ISL side for better growth. Any clue on whom to approach for this, I have a contact in ISDl but don't know how to initiate the process. I hope this happens by end of March.

If I initiate seperation from IBM while in the last few days in an account (End date in two weeks), what is the notice period ? Will it be immediately effective or will I be on bench for 1 month or 3 months with salary ?
