Which company is better to join... Having experience of 5.4years as Java Backend Engineer. Cvent or Nagarro or Cognizant?

So here is my dilemma:
- based in the UK
- opportunity for lateral internal move (culture&engagement) or stay where I am (reward). I am mid level IC struggling to progress due to flat structure so considering lateral move then hopefully up from there.
- 2 primary aged children, currently have flexibility in current/new role too
- Husband just got accepted on a international rotation which means I will be single parent for the short term.

What to do? Go with the unknown or coast comfortably?

I’m planning to get my PMP either by end of this year or in early 2023. I’m a marketing PM with with a mix of agency and in-house experience totaling just under 4 years. I’d appreciate to hear any tips on applying for the PMP, the exam, and thoughts on relevance of the PMP in general

I just came home sobbing because I got too drunk at my female best friends house and her husbands male friend tried to take advantage of me when we were left alone in a hot tub. Hello Fishes, I interviewed at a company in October and they responded to me after a month. I accepted the verbal offer last week Wednesday. They said they would give written offer in a week. I have recruiters from the same company reach out for positions at different locations. My current recruiter said once I accept this I can't interview for other positions at the same company. Their process is so slow that I don't really want to miss out on any chance.What would be a great time to follow up?

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. About last layoffs, we didn't do any layoffs it's cost adjustments mostly in operation centers and restructure due new growth model. 🤷‍♂️

Hey everyone, I currently work at Deloitte but I'm thinking of leaving to go work for a smaller consulting firm (Alvarez & Marsal) because I would be in a higher position and get paid better, but I'm having second thoughts about leaving because of the structured career path that I have here.

3 weeks of pto left and planning on quitting in two months when my year hits and I get to keep my sign on. Anyway I can just work until three weeks before my year mark and then two weeks beforehand tell my team I’m resigning. Or just ask for week of pto and then work abs then get payout?

One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help
