I think you need to focus on the facts and document the interactions. You’re commingling opinions with what is happening. This sounds like a hostile workplace but you’ll need documented interactions to prove things.
Decide if you want to have some sort of mediation session (you, HR, the CD or someone) to try to find common ground or find another job.
