Any thoughts on Guitar Center as a company? What’s their corporate culture like?

Split classes take away joy! We have 6-7 classes at each grade level and they split 1-2 into the remaining 5 so we can have a 5 day schedule. Big classes plus the classroom culture homeroom teachers work so hard to achieve are ruined. Advice? (Plus we are told to "not be negative" by admin.)

Do you think it's the fault of employees who work late or extend and set it as a culture or the employers who always wants more...?
I think even if u could say clearly NO there are management people who doesn't respect it.. based on my personal experience.

But most importantly, I want people to be heard without being censored, which is what Glassdoor, Indeed and LinkedIn seem to be doing on behalf of some companies.

I cannot find much of any Results on Fishbowl for ZipRecruiter. Is there anyone that can provide some first hand or even second hand information on working for them?

Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.
