i have an offer with hcl with number 30 lpa and fix3d componwnt is 28.

at the same time accenture offer of 25 where 20 fixed .


i talked with accenture ro negotiate on this offer and they are giving 34 total ctc 25 fixed. but the joining date is changed to 2 month later from today.

should i join hcl now and after 2 month resign hcl and join accenture

is it a good decision or bad for 7 years expirence?

So who else here is experiencing plummeting billable hours and exponential weight gain since this whole WFH thing started? Bought snacks for 30 days, finished in 48 hours.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. My current company also said I am maxed out in term of what they are willing to pay salary wise.
