Has anyone had heavy bleeding during stims? I was warned there might be some light spotting after stopping the BCP portion of the cycle, however, I am on Day 4 of my stims and this most closely resembles my last miscarriage... trying not to freak out but it’s hard to see this much blood.

Hi Everyone, I have been an HR Generalist for close to 7 years. I had good managers and poor managers in between. My VP once told me not to pursue my MBA because she would teach me everything she knew. She never did. I am currently going for my SHRM SCP. I really enjoy being a Generalist but I don’t know if I want to be an HR Manager. Any suggestions on other areas of HR I should consider?

Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
