Anyone willing to share how much they are making as an Mri technologist in Chicago? I know downtown pays better then suburbs. I work in one of the big university hospitals and make 40 per hour. I have masters and 6 years of experience. I recently learned that a new grad who doesnt have his state boards yet has 39 per hour. A coworker experience of 20 years gets 50per hour. Not sure what to think of their weird pay scale. 🙂

This school year has been very challenging to me. I’m a instructional aide,one-on-one, in a general education classroom. Teacher has never really made conversation with me, sometimes I force a ‘good morning ‘ from her. Her silence around me just makes me uncomfortable and not welcomed in her classroom. She has made comments towards my student, saying that he doesn’t need an aide, or that students don’t need ‘babysitter’s at school’. Has any aide experience this in classroom?

Helping a friend find a job in AML/Compliance/Kyc in NYC. She has been a compliance analyst for the past 10 years. She has also worked as a trading desk assistant.

A recruiter I’ve worked with in the past reached out to me gauging my interest in a Director role. While I meet the role requirements for the most part, I’m not sure that I’m prepared to move to the next level as it would certainly put me outside of my comfort zone. At the same time. I also have young kids and I want to find a good work/life balance, but my current job environment seems a bit unsteady and I don’t have great balance there either.
