What do you think of those who have been at the company a long time and are high performers but make significantly less than experienced new hires at the same level? Do you have less respect for them for not being able to negotiate more money?

I want a review for netcracker. Have an offer from mastercard 30.8 L (28 fixed and 2.8 variable) +1 L bonus
And Netcracker offering 32fixed in along with free transport and food coupans. Also told they are working on latest tech stack
Mastercard is not ready to revise offer

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me.
