The more consistently you’ve been using it the less you actually need. Over the years your muscle learned to relax. Taking a break will not be a big deal at all you will just have to get use to seeing some movement! Use RetinA 2x a week.
Op - If you dont mind me asking, how much have you been spending on botox every year?
I think it has gone up over the years because, If I'm not mistaken, I started needing more to achieve the same results. Recently, Ive been spending about 1,300 to 1,500 a yr. I think when I first started it was more like 800 to 1k.
