Got an offer last month from Evernorth. CTC said to revise post other offer, joining date less than NP said both will be revised. Now serving NP, no ANSR HR response after follow-ups. Unsure what to assume or next steps. Need advice.

For people who recently refinanced, bought or is in the process of buying a new home, what APR did you get?

Has anyone just taken a break from work without anything lined up? Every offer I’ve gotten wants me to start in a month and with 2 weeks notice that leaves me only 2 weeks to recharge. For my mental health I really think I need an extended break (like 3 months). I have about 60k liquid to sustain myself and pay about $1500 a month in rent.

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
