Hi all,

Got an Offer letter from Infosys, but the DOJ is 29th September, and due to my 3months NP in current organisation they will release me in 27th October. Should I Accept the OL and then ask the Infosys HR to extend the DOJ or what should I do?

And is there any legal consequences if we accept the Offer letter and later didn't join the organization?

Please let me know guys.

Thanks in advance

Please reach out to your recruiter/HR and ask him/her for DOJ change . Meanwhile you can accept the offer . Once they update DOJ , you will get a separate document acknowledging your new date of joining
