No will take you seriously as a physician
Depending on what you want to do in pharma you may still need a residency. Like if you want to be head of development or R&D then it certainly helps. If you want to get into corp dev or finance it matters less.
Would you be able to leave to industry right after like a heme onc fellowship or do they expect like 2-3 years of academic practice for these roles too?
why not just take a Rads residency, do your time, and collect 500-700K/yr working 40 hours and invest in your free time?
It’s not all about the money, rads is boring imo
