- Cognizant : 13.5 Fixed with 45000 as variable , Location : Hyderabad.
- Startup(Very small] : 11.5 as fixed and 2.5 as varible , Location : Remote

In process offer : Capgemini

CCTC : 6.8 , YOE : 3.7 and Tech stack : Generative AI, Agentic AI and Python Backend.
I want stability , Job security and home comfort as well

Which will be better option to choose between?

I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.

16 - Fixed & 45k variable component with 1Lakh joining bonus. I'm having 5.8 YOE working as Senior ACon with current CTC - 11lpa
I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
