I attended the walkin-in drive for LTM on 16th May. My RippleHire form is still not getting submitted due to a salutation field error but status showing as HR. They requested all the documents through email, and I have already shared them, but I haven’t received any response yet.

Is anyone else facing a similar issue? What to do? Please share any solutions.

I spoke to a EY Recruiter today. She asked for my range for a manager role on the Federal side. I said 150-175 base. The role is in DC. She informed me that is more in the SM range and she would reach out if there was a SM opportunity she had available. I’ve been in industry for more than 10 years. I didn’t think 150-175 base was too high for a manager role with Big 4 in DC. I make close to these figures now. Am I going to take a pay cut coming from industry to consulting?

If you had a table of customer experience/satisfaction survey responses for several questions (non-numeric but discrete possible answers, no free text; 1 question per column and 1 responder per row), how would you approach determining significant insights within the data? Excel's "Analyze Data" feature doesn't really suggest things that make sense in the real world. Is there something you would try with correlations somehow, or would you use a non-Excel tool entirely?

I made it through the first 2 interviews and I think it went well. How long does it usually take to find out if you move on to the final interview round?
