Advice for studying for CISA? I’ve purchased the CRM, QAE, and Hemang Doshi’s book. So far I’m having trouble reading through the CRM because it’s so detailed that everything seems important and difficult to retain. I’m an incoming new hire so I think I should read the book even though I know people who have passed with only QAE (they were previous b4 interns)

Just received a formal offer from Deloitte Consulting as a SC in Strategy & Analytics. Base is $125K, no sign-on bonus. This isn’t much of an increase from what I’m making now. Haven’t reached out to negotiate yet and the recruiter has been pretty quick on the phone so far. I’m coming from a smaller firm, 8 YOE, mainly data analytics and cloud. Hello, I wanted to mention that I work as a sports commentator, specifically about soccer. I used to be one of the main journalists for Spanish media, but since I moved to Miami I feel the general passion for soccer is very different 🥲 The energy and commitment are not even close to what I felt in Spain, where some businesses would close if the match was too important.
