Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

Very good friend of mine keeps telling horrible stories of Deloitte and how they treated the Australian workforce horribly last year when COVID hit
^ This.
Those who were left behind are now getting fast tracked because no one else is left to do mountains of work. Everyone else who isn't director or above is told to work day and night and weekends with directors texting you to log on after dinner and family duties - the catch is that if you actually send an email at 3am (because that's what time you work till every night) then a partner comes and has a 'talk' to you.
Very little tbh. They are all so big that culture is only likely to vary across cities or business units.
But as a whole, the only differences are the colour palettes.
I can definitely say that EYs culture is better than Deloitte and PwC based on experiences shared by people.
