Looking for some advice; I've been a paralegal for about 5 years now, and the past year or so has been hard. One firm closed, which dropped me in another firm which was never good for me, and then into another with a culture that was really unhealthy to me. My resume shows a few short stays at firms, and now I'm looking at moving after six months due to issues that turned over the entire paralegal team so far except for me. How do I show employers I'm a dedicated worker after a difficult year?

Had my interview on 12th Feb evening. The same day late night I got an email asking to upload the Application form( Completed the same on 13th Feb). Can I understand only HR discussion pending for me? If yes how much time will it take for me to get the HR call.

Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?

I started a new job in May. I took a step down from Paralegal to Legal Asst. At my interview I was told that to them the title was interchangeable & I would be doing Paralegal work, especially considering that I knew how to do the heavy Paralegal work. But it’s been 6 months of tedious admin work & when I point out mistakes on pleadings, question case strategy or discovery methods, & suggest more effective ways to get things done, I get these weird looks or the brush off.
