I had my PDM round on Friday. I was informed that I will receive a call from COE team for salary negotiation. Doesn’t in PDM round itself salary gets finalised?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

I'm a first yr attorney at an insurance firm and am in the process of interviewing for an in-house position at a tech company. The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership. How common is it to eventually make $400k+ in-house/how difficult is it to transition back to a firm? Thanks!

I keep hearing that Booth’s MBA program is rigorous (maybe the most rigorous out of M7). That said, how much more work are students expected to do compared to HBS, Wharton, Kellogg, etc.? I don’t know if this is an outdated opinion, considering a lot of MBAs are very demanding. Booth is personally my top choice for having a flexible curriculum & 2-3 days of classes. But I really want to know what to expect around the “rigorous” label. Does it mean I’ll be buried in coursework the other 2-3 days?

What is the best way to structure a discovery call for SaaS sales? e.g. share a deck, only focus on their use case (current state, goals, pain, etc.), share a story, etc. Lastly, how do you go further than surface level, like if they mention they are having issues with xyz, which is usually a symptom of the problem and not the problem itself. Hi all, I'm trying to break into sales coming from a technical background. It's been very difficult as a lot of recruiters only see the technical aspects of my previous role, even though I've added in some sales aspects from those roles. Any advice on how to break past the initial view of my resume/past technical experiences to get interviews?

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.
