I joined pwc sdc bangalore as a fresher right after my college (my very first job). I was scrolling the bowl, I noticed a lot of people switching jobs from different companies to pwc. Is that even I would encounter some day, or I should stick in here and grow smoothly.Don't get me wrong,I'm trying to align myself.I asked my one year seniors from college, they told people struggle to reach big4.Y u even asking this.. I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
