I cleared TP1 and TP2 at HCL. HR later informed me over a call that I was selected and discussed salary/details. I was then asked to ignore another interview invite, update my photo, attend a brief TP2-related session, and later received an email to start the offer/BGV process. I submitted all required documents on 22 May 26, but since then I haven't received any update despite follow-up emails, calls, and messages.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? Did you eventually receive the off

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
