Curious as to how many deals at once is typical for a first year associate to take on (M&A, mostly private equity clients). Deal size is lower middle market and I’ve worked on deals ranging from $1-$110M. 2 deals at once is plenty for me, but it seems like my peers are able to take on more than that at once and still do fine. Maybe I’m just a slow learner/out of my league at the big law firm I’m at.

Does anyone here work for Axiom or know someone who does and, if so, how difficult is it to stay fully engaged?

Anyone have experience during these Covid times with getting a job offer from the big 4 & asking for it to be part of employment agreement (just like the salary) to have an hours cap? I don’t want to go over 55

Hello everyone I live in Chicago. I have been teaching Preschool for over 15 years. I have a Bachelor’s in ECE, credential 5 with gateway. Now I work as a kindergarten Specialist. I wanted to relocate to some place warm, that has no problem with paying their staff. I am well rounded and have a lot of knowledge and experience. Any tips or suggestions.

I tried out a career and I'm currently miserable in it and want to figure out how to use the degrees I have to find something I find fulfilling. I don't want to go back to school and start over with that process. I wish someone would create a book entirely on copywriting or art direction daily exercises that train us juniors or students to get better since creativity is a muscle. Sure, hey Whipple or the ad concept book do have some exercises, but I want more exercises that are bit more structured.
