I completed my VP round at American Express a few days ago for an Engineer 1 position. The round was mostly behavioral and the VP said he heard good reviews and that I seemed like a great fit.

For those who’ve gone through Amex hiring:
• How long did they take to give results after the VP round?
• Does HR usually contact within a week or can it take longer?
• Any internal approval delays to expect?
