I got an offer from Sphere IT to work for their client Emirates NBD bank. My CCTC is 11L in which 8.5L is fixed (Remote) for an Indian based startup. They are offering 16.5L fixed with cab facility and insurance.

Office location is Bangalore(hybrid).
Yoe:3 yr (full-time) + 1 yr (internship)
Role : DevOps

Is CMA worth getting after getting the CPA? Or is it better to get the CFA. Also don’t have much finance background so I don’t know if I can pass the CFA will require a lot of hard work. Interesting in hearing people’s thoughts.

I have no plans in leaving PA anytime soon but I figure maybe I should look into another certification that holds value and makes me more marketable compared to my peers. Appreciate any thoughts and advice.

Any thoughts around how to use M&A tax skills for the better good? I’m a CPA and originally got into this for a stable / interesting job, but in the long-term I’d like to do something that either influences drafting of tax legislation or helps the public (however naive that may sound).
