Hey Fishes, I have resigned from EPAM systems and got an offer from Nokia with an increase of around 25%, Now EPAM is trying to get me back as they and the Client thinks that I’m one of their valuable asset. EPAM is ready to Match the offer but still….. confusing mind for retention and all. Please help me with thoughts !EPAM Systems

No limit they will try to give u q1 jg9. So approx 16 to 18 they will try. More is ur luck but i have never seen more than 13 14% increment on jg. From 6 to 7 I got 11%. 7 to 8. 13% then to 9 I got 12%. This is harsh reality of mine. But i get positivity wen i see people telling 3* 4* of experience. Gud luck n wishes
3 to 4x of your experience in years. For eg, for 3 YOE, now a days people are getting 9-12 lakhs.
Actually lm has ultimate authority for increment. Hr is just medium of communication. U need to talk your manager for expectations.. *3 *4 if for outside people.Not for internal candidates.... As internal don't have choices but to join for job grade .. if u on 16 u can get 15%. If getting more my congratulations....
Can someone provide more insight to be above question.
