I had my interview for a Senior Data Modeler role at EY GDS Kolkata on February 15th. After the second round (L2), I was informed that HR would connect with me to provide feedback. However, I haven’t received any call or update from HR yet. Could anyone share how long it typically takes to hear back after the interview at EY? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

1. What should I tell to the interviewer, if he asks why am I looking to move out of a firm within a month?
2. What should I tell to my existing firm? If they ask me a reason for moving out?

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.
