I am total 7+ years experience with relevant experience 3+ in manual testing.

YOE : 4.8
CTC offered : 10.17 Fixed + 1.13 Variable

Am I being underpaid? Should I look for opportunities?

IBM is saying they'll promote me from 6A to 6B band .
What hike can I expect from ibm if I get promoted??
