What would be a good salary range for a CD in Tokyo?

I am presently a part of TSE, SaT division in EY GDS supporting my EYP counterparts in the M&A transactions. I have recieved an offer is from the newly formed Tech M&A team of the Deloitte India Joint Ventures (DIJV).
How is the clientele, culture, average hikes in DIJV? Is it better than Deloitte USI and Deloitte India?

2 yrs out of college and still miss it so much. I daydream about memories and what I would be doing if I were in college right now almost everyday.
