Hi all,

I have got an offer from a company. The issue is they want me to join in 30 days. Infact they took the interview on the basis that i will be able to negotiate my current company's notice period of 60 days to 30 days.

I approached my Manager and told him the truth. I asked him if he can give me early release.

The current situation is that they are not ready to give me early release. They are giving all sort of reasons.

Can anyone suggest me what I should do in this situation?

I relocated with my family to Ireland recently, one month ago, and while I got a lot of screening calls with recruiters, I did not hear back from any of them after our interview. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?
