Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

BDR/SDR roles are generally considered a joke where a small number exit to account exec for mid market. Not a technical role that leads to an SE path.
I went from BDR to now Sr Manager with technical bend. You can do anything you work your butt off to achieve
BDR>Sales AE>sales Ops>consultant>functional lead>solution architect > sr manager

Very very small amount of BDRs make it to SE. And the ones that do often lack technical depth (not necessarily a bad thing, but will come back to hurt later in your career as an SE)
Typical path is SDR - BDR - AE
I’d recommend going the tech consulting route to get familiar with solutioning. Then it’s easy to slide into an SE role
