I have two offers on hand: one from EPAM for a Senior Software A3 role at 24 LPA and another from TechMojo for an MTS position at 23 LPA+2 LPA(Variable). I have 5.8 years of experience, and I've heard that EPAM typically offers around 26-30 LPA for Senior Software A3 roles. Should I consider negotiating for a higher salary with them?

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? It's about the time where everyone on my team requests feedback from each other and I'm nervous for it coming up. Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops.
