Apart from Fidelity, I'd like to point that SOFI Invest did not restrict any stock and was relatively stable today.

I don't actually use it that much, but interface is slick and it's very user friendly. The only thing though is that they don't have option trading.

- jpmc - 25lpa fixed (hyderabad location) (associate 601)
- bnp - 26.5 lpa fixed ( chennai location) (technical lead)
But both the cases , I need to relocate.
7 years java fullstack
- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro,mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.
Jpmc 3days /week work from office

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

Where is the loyalty in that !!??

YOE : 7.7Yrs , Tech Stack : JavaScript, React JS, Node JS.

I already have an offer for 26LPA (24Fixed+2Stocks),

Now EPAM ANYWHERE is offering me 26.4LPA full fixed + 75k Joining Bonus where the existing offer is not mentioned.

Will they accept Counter offer or when the DOJ is very close will they revise the package ? I am expecting a package between 29-32LPA.

Joining dates are getting postponed ... Try to get another offer. I wanted remote so didn't try for other offers. Just 6 days before joining they postponed my joining date. Any reference would be good.
