I requested a DOJ change after receiving my IBM offer. The revised DOJ was approved and shared via official email by HR. HR mentioned that as per policy, a revised offer letter will not be issued and the original offer + approval mail is sufficient.
Has anyone joined IBM this way? Any issues during onboarding?
