Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Have you ever had to deal with a loud upstairs neighbor? I’ve only seen her once and it’s been over a year but I hear her literally every day. This girl has never taken a ballet class in her life and it sounds like she walks with bowling balls strapped to her feet. I’ll be deep in sleep and REGULARLY get woken up by what sounds like furniture being moved around. How do you approach this? It’s been very negatively affecting my sleep.

Has anyone quit their job because of a relationship? I started my job 3 months ago and now my employer wants me to move to NY. The thing is, I fell in love during the pandemic with a friend that I have known for 3 years. It's frustrating since I know I could continue my job from home. I would honestly quit my job and wouldn't mind the job search again.

I have added a daily routine of giving my wife of foot rub when we unwind at the end of the day, and it has been awesome for our marriage. It’s an easy way to be supportive and take care of someone who takes care of you, and it’s a great way to unwind for me because it requires just the right amount of engagement to be present. I take the time to listen empathetically to my wife’s day and just be there for her. It only took me about 15 minutes to learn some great and easy techniques on YouTube!

For those of you who are SHRM CP certified. Can you please advise if the SHRM learning system is worth it? Are there other effective learning tools that are less expensive ?
