I completed all my round in Sept but offer letter not received due to notice period.

Now my LWD is 24 Nov

Will they be rolling off offer letter or not.?

I had 5+ yoe Azure Data Engineer offer in hand is 28 Lpa and I was asking for 30 fixed..
Any suggestions from community will they release my offer letter or not

Is there such place as non toxic ID firm? Or does any of ID attys like what they do? I moved from general practice to an ID firm six months ago. Biggest mistake of my life. What is the drug culture like at your office? I assume people don’t openly talk about what they do in their free time if illicit, but they may do so quietly or you can otherwise tell.
Do you get the impression many people do them? If so, soft drugs (ex - weed)? Hard drugs? Non-prescribed study drugs? Frequency? At work-sponsored social functions? To an extent that it’s noticeable/problematic?
