I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC
Any PM job with WFH option.

Hello, We always try to start by build a writing community first. A place everyone will feel comfortable sharing their writing with others. We start by looking at examples of writing and discussing ways we could help each other in a polite way.
I completely agree! I like to build up the students and have them see themselves as writers. When reading books aloud I stop and notice how the writer created an image, got us to understand exactly what they thought, or wrote a lead that had us completely hooked. We begin to look at reading and texts from a writer's perspective. When I use student examples (for positive things) I take off the names and even though they know who they are it is still a little bit private. I use past student examples to point out areas to work on. They love to help fix others writing- but it is safe that it is not anyone in the current class. Have fun!
