Need a help, I got offer from Deutsche. It is an average offer. Other company think future is offering me 35% on top of Deutsche CTC.
I tried negotiating but db line manager is so stuck that no more pay than that, and unfortunetly my ego got hurt from it- Its not right but it is what it is.
What you guyz suggest which company?

PS I am not greedy but I prefer respectful behaviour and consideration.

I work full time at a high paying stressful job. My spouse decided unilaterally to "retire" at 55 years old. We do not have savings for retirement so I work. He told me he quit his good job because I have a high paying job. He helps around the house. Does the cooking, grocery shopping and garbage. Yet, I feel resentful.
