Those sound about right, they are all predefined and there's no fluctuation/scale for cost to vary for a single applicant. Whether or not you would like to get a lawyer is up to you, if you can afford it it does help with not stressing out with the forms and systems but if you have a pretty clear situation and a linear case then extension should not be too demanding apply for it yourself. Personally, I would get a lawyer if I could afford it simply because I get anxious about these things and sick with worry.

Hi, thank you so much! I used a lawyer the first time I was moving. I am thinking of not getting a lawyer this time around and saving some money. Although I just found out my renewal is due in 8 months so gives me some time to save
