Need some D&AD New Blood help?
The company offers excellent WLB.... But this largely depends on you... You need to be clear on your boundaries and timings.... If u are workaholic, you won't get WLB anywhere.... So need to play your cards accordingly.

But I guess initially to learn anything, most people tend to be workaholic, may be later we can opt for quiet Quitting. But yes good to hear that management is cooperative !
Best company to work for

I work for SDC and I can say it's been a nightmarish experience. The gulf in WLB is so clear.
Same here
It depends on your project, they have good leave policies and culture. I haven't atleast seen any weekend works or late night calls. WLB can be tricky as you usually want a good amount of work but not too much of a work. If you like to chill on working hours, then you might have to work in nights to complete your tasks. Also you are expected to have certain level of understanding on the things and very less amount of handholding is provided, it is expected that you are responsible for your assigned tasks and you go and complete them.
I was at labs. Decent WLB
