Hi All I've just recently completed my Bachelor's in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.

My skills include, C, C++, working with hardware protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, Modbus and more. I've additionally worked with wireless protocols like WiFi, BLE and LoRa. I'm working on learning RTOS using an STM32 controller and freeRTOS.

I recently joined a small company as a tech lead in Pune.
I am not enjoying the work here. I have good experience in Linux application development in C.
Also as a hobby project completed small projects on opencv/image processing on python.
I have a good hold in system design using python and C.
Looking for suggestions should I starting looking for another opportunity or should I wait for atleast completing 1 year to justify my change.
