Just wanted to check if others who recently joined received a separate onboarding or welcome email before the joining date, or if all details are shared only closer to the start date?.

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.
