There is a component in salary which says "Approx value of benefits" = Rs 1,50,000. When I add the Learning development, work from home, health wellness, communication it is summing up to only 1,00,000. Can anyone please confirm where is the remaining 50,000 getting used? I am unable to understand that.

Is it a red flag if someone says they don’t believe in self help books like Atomic Habits, Attached, etc?

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
