Here is the detailed scenario of Paytm Merchant Helpdesk.
No matter for which position you got hired, it's a mess for everyone.

We will be happy if it got works for whole day. Management knows that it didn't work most of time but still they want you to complete the daily audit target. There is tracker to track this issue timing and all crowd expected to fill it even the problem is common and well known. And, when all started filling the tracker, they want only one person to do this . Every fortnight this process got change.
They present you as client to other vendor but treat you more worst than vendor treated their employees.
Flawed management - there are 5 people working above you and they never common point. Each week they come with new plans to do the things and then scolds the team about previous plan which was also their own. Any time, any five of them will assign any kind of work at any hours of day - yes midnight also counts. Nobody sleeps at Paytm.
situation is so worse that every month people leaving due to unhealthy work environment and nobody from department and HR care to bother. They just oppressing the well doers and hiring less paying talent.
