Completed the Lead Fullstack rounds at Siemens 14 days ago. Zero HR feedback for next round with hiringmanager, but portal status is stuck at 'In Process with Hiring Manager.' Given it's a senior role, is this status usually just a bottleneck for approvals, or am I being ghosted?
