I’m having a hard time understanding the salary /TC ranges for mid- to senior-level strategy positions in the Denver area (10-15 YOE). They seem to vary a lot, and are broadly low vs. other markets (mid $100k-low $200k vs TC closer to $300-$400k+ on the coasts). Any observations? Which companies would you look at for more substantial comp outside consulting?

I have over 12 years of experience in the treasury and risk management space. Recently moved to Product based company ( Fintech specialising in Treasury solutions).
Can somebody please advise if I should consider doing the CFA course, or is it a total waste of time and money.
I am already in 30L+ salary bracket. I don't want pursue the course for higher salary expectation but solely to brush up my basics. Please advise.
