I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

I was just asked to relocate to a different city. The move will come with a raise and promotion, but I'm conflicted. I enjoy where I live right now and I like being close to my family. Would love some advice.

Need some benchmarks: What would average/good survey results be for a leadership skills class (instructor-led)? I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do.
