Hi, I am currently trying to switch from partnership tax into a corporate finance/FP&A role - has anyone been able make this pivot? Any tips? What is the worst reaction you’ve had after giving your notice? I just gave notice and I have never had a boss that tried as hard to make me change my mind as this one. Offered me basically anything I wanted.

Is anyone else returning to fully in person learning? We have been hybrid/synchronous since September, which has been very hard and not very effective. They want us to have all Kindergarten students come back in March. I want to stop live teaching over google meet all day while also teaching my students in person at the same time, but there is not enough space in my classroom for safe distancing, not enough space for movement, and sitting at a desk all day is not appropriate for K kids!

Is there any difference in WLB between T1 and T2 consulting firms (in the Toronto offices)? For example, On average, do T2 consultants work/ travel the same amount as T1 consultants in a given year?
