Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?

YOE- 14 years 8 months (all relevant)
Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.
Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.
